As as nature skills instructor for the last 20 years I have taught hundreds of people how to use a knife for wood carving, how to start a fire, the identification of trees and plants and many more skills.
I created the online course you see here so I could reach far beyond my little corner of the forest and help guide people in their own relationship with nature through woodcrafting.
More About Me
Surrounded by craftspeople of all kinds in the countryside of New England I learned to make and repair all kinds of things.
Later I went on to study sculpture in collage earning a BFA.
After experimenting in several career paths and learning many more skills, I found my calling as a teacher and mentor.
